Too often, I see offers and emails that seem too good to be true. When I received an email this morning with an offer that seemed too good to be true, I almost ignored it until I realized it was from someone that I have worked with multiple times in the past with great outcomes. I was still a bit leery about the offer she told me about. I did some checking, and found out that it was completely legitimate.
Restaurant.com is committed to giving away $40 million worth of gift certificates between now and December 31, 2010. And YOU get to decide who receives them! Through their website, you can choose up to 40 friends a day to send $10 Restaurant.com gift certificates.
I sent out 40 today through their Facebook connection tool. Some friends texted or messaged asking me if the post was really from me, as they were worried about a virus. I quickly let them know that it was from me, and that it was legitimate.
Some friends' privacy settings didn't allow them to receive the message on Facebook, but I can also send them through email, which I plan to do tomorrow when my 40 available gift certificates reset.
All you need to do is visit http://feeditforward.restaurant.com/ and register for an account. Then you'll be able to start gifting $10 certificates to all your friends and family. There are more than 9,500 participating restaurants nationwide.
This neat program allows me to send a nice gift to so many people that we couldn't afford to send a gift. I am really excited, and plan to help achieve the goal of giving away $40 million worth of gift certificates! I hope you will join me. There is absolutely NO cost to you or the recipient.
*Disclosure: In exchange for posting about this program, I will receive a gift certificate. *
