motivation
Over at Prevention, I wrote about some of the ways I keep motivated to continue exercising.
What keeps you involved in an exercise program? What kind of goals do you set for yourself? What kind of rewards do you dangle?
I want to keep going, so I know that I have to constantly motivate myself to get going.

What keeps you involved in an exercise program?
ReplyDeleteThe results! I feel so much better and do not want to feel old and tired any more.
What kind of goals do you set for yourself?
None really - except keeping regular with the Yoga. I need to practice at least 4 times a week, but work and weather sometimes make it difficult!
What kind of rewards do you dangle?
just health!!
