Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked chicken (I usually grill chicken breasts. You can get 3 cups from 2 large breasts usually)
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh, chopped parsley
- 2 T pitted, sliced black olives
- 3/4 cup plain, fat-free yogurt
- 1/2 cup light mayo
- 1 T dried oregano
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
Preparation Directions
- Combine first 5 ingredients in large bowl
- Combine yogurt, mayo, oregano and garlic in small bowl
- Pour over chicken mixture, toss well
- Cover & chill 2 hours
- Serve in pitas lined with lettuce leaves, or with croissants
